  • Greeting visitors and providing information about the Graham Foundation’s exhibitions, public programs, grantmaking, history and identity
  • Staffing public and evening events
  • Assistance with exhibition research, installation, and maintenance
  • Recording and tracking visitor attendance
  • Assistance with ongoing public programs and grantmaking history initiatives
  • Assistance maintaining and promoting the bookshop
  • Maintaining and growing Graham Foundation contacts and mailing lists
  • Administrative tasks including answering phones, taking messages, and sorting mail
  • An engaging personality
  • Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Interest in learning about and promoting the Graham Foundation’s programs and history
  • Initiative and the ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of 20th and 21st century art and architecture history
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and InDesign, is a plus
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other contact management software is a plus
  • Architectural drawing and knowledge of construction and fabrication is a plus
